This very unique custom home directly on the beach was designed from the ground up by award winning designer Deborah Walker, of Intermix Interiors. It features state of the art audio and video including a Leon 7.1 low profile surround sound audio system in the main salon, with a hidden display controlled by Crestron, as well as a fully motorized leather couch custom made by Cinema Tech. The master bath features a hidden mirror display by Séura. In addition the house has a combination of privacy and blackout shades and drapes on every window that faces the ocean.
